Between 20 December 2016 and 30 January 2017, we performed rearrangement works of the cloakroom, ticket windows and the main entrance.
We wanted to provide the highest possible comfort for our visitors. We changed the rules of entrance and introduced e-tickets so that you don’t have to stand in the queue. Tickets bought online are now sent to your mailbox. Tickets can be displayed on the screen of your smartphone or printed and placed in the QR code readers located on the gateways.
We also rebuilt the store and the bistro. Both places gained new colours and interior designs. The store is now located in the ticket area.
It is still forbidden to eat or drink on the exhibition grounds outside the designated place, i.e. the sandwich zone located on the 1st floor. You can also buy something to eat there.
The changes above are part of a larger process taking place in Copernicus. The first rearrangement phase, which included a part of the 1st floor and the new On the Move gallery, ended in March 2016. Since the end of 2017, changes have been made in the Man and Environment exhibition and the Light Zone on the first floor.
