Group reservations

Reservation system does not apply to individuals.

Reservations  are made by phone: +48 (22) 596 41 00  (open from Monday to Friday,  8-17 and on Saturdays and Sundays, 9-17).

Payments

We inform that the payment time (according to our price list) for all reservations in 2011 is calculated starting from the date of receipt of your confirmation, and not from making a reservation, and the payment should be made within 7 days. After this time, unpaid reservations are cancelled.
For bookings made within four working days prior to the visit or less, payments are made at cash desks of the Centre on the visit day.
Visitors are required to arrive at least 20 minutes before the entrance time in order to confirm their reservation, make payments or to collect their tickets.
