Centre project funding

Copernicus Science Centre is the most up-to-date European institutions demonstrating a relation between science, culture and everyday life. It could be created thanks to funding from EU capital.

An agreement on funding the project through European Fund for Regional Development has been signed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage - Bogdana Zdrojewski and the president of the capital city of Warsaw Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz on the 20th August 2009. The signing of this agreement was preceeded by placing the project of the Centre construction on the Infrastructure and Environment Programme Individual Project List.
