Air surrounds us everywhere. We can’t see it, but we can feel its presence with our other senses. We can feel as the wind blows, we notice changes in temperature, we can smell scents, and hear sounds. Air literally keeps us alive. It also shapes the weather, allows planes to fly, and makes vacuum cleaners and bicycle pumps work. See how many more aspects of our lives are governed by this inconspicuous mixture. Visit our new exhibition “Air – is not just nothing”, which opens on 15 December 2017.
