Past 12 months saw a lot of changes in the Copernicus Science Centre. For five years, we have observed our visitors and talked to them. We managed to diagnose different problems and look for solutions, which we then consulted with top architects, designers and exhibit makers. Next, we made plans to introduce numerous changes to improve the CSC experience for our visitors. In order to increase the comfort of the visit and improve our exhibitions, we decided to redesign them and amend some of their elements. So far, we have modernised the exhibition located on the 1st floor (which is now called the „New On the Move” gallery) and added a number of new exhibits.
Recently, we have completed another renovation phase. Those of you, who have already visited us and those of you who will visit us for the first time will surely notice that after the renovation the hall is much better organised and marked more clearly. These changes are related to new entry rules of the Copernicus Science Centre, the planetarium and the labs. Below, you will find the most important information:
The e-ticket will open the entrance gates to the Centre 30 minutes prior to your visit time and up to 60 minutes after it. After that time tickets become inactive and they cannot be refunded. We kindly ask you to arrive at the Planetarium and the labs 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the workshops and shows.
Introduction of limited entries to the CSC will allow us to precisely assess the number of visitors and reduce waiting time at the entrance.
Please note: Visitors coming to the Copernicus Science Centre between 1 February and 6 June 2017 are asked to approach the ticket desks and collect their tickets with a QR code by providing their name of transaction number.
