We encourage you to plan your visit and buy tickets online. This way you can avoid unnecessary waiting and disappointment, which might happen when you find out that all the tickets have already been sold out for that day at the ticket office.
Tickets to all attractions – to the exhibitions, the planetarium and laboratories – are available online. You can purchase them no later than 1.5 hours before the planned visit. Only tickets that have not been sold online can be purchased at the ticket offices. The fact that tickets are not available online means that that you will not be able to buy them at the venue, either.
Tickets to the planetarium can be purchased online, as well as at the ticket offices of the planetarium and the Copernicus Science Centre, provided they have not been sold out online.
Group tickets are sold online and via our helpline. Purchasing additional tickets at ticket offices (max.5 group tickets to one reservation) is not always possible. If all tickets for a given time are sold out online, you will not be able to buy them at the ticket offices.
Every day 3,000 people simultaneously purchase tickets online. On Mondays, we publish information about tickets for subsequent dates – on these days, the number of simultaneous buyers can reach even tens of thousands. Such an enormous amount of traffic may cause technical errors in the ticket sales system. If you do not buy tickets for groups, we recommend that you plan your purchase for another day.
Choosing a ticket for a given day and time is not tantamount to booking it. The ticket is only booked when you click: “ADD TO CART” Before you do this, other buyers can snatch your ticket.
