Mirror-themed experiments will also be available at our Mobile Copernicus stands.
The Mirage allows you to understand the principle of parabolic mirrors used in telescopes and headlights. Turning by Bending is a series of experiments conducted with the use of a mirror film, so that we can see, for instance, our left ear on the right side.
A self-made mirror? It’s a piece of cake! Just come to the Copernicus Science Centre on the 3rd or the 4th of October. During The weekend with Elements you will create a mirror at our chemical lab. To do it you will need two substances: silver diamine hydroxide and glucose. Plus persistence in stirring.
