Przemiany Live! is the annual, musical part of the Przemiany Festival. This is the only open-air music festival in Warsaw focused on electronic music.
Join us at this event, which is much more than just a one-day music celebration. We invite you to an all-night show featuring different genres and forms (techno, idm, noise, ambient, etc.), as well as musical performances and VJ set in Planetarium.
The Festival’s renowned brand is confirmed by the stars who performed on the Copernicus summer stage in the past years: Mika Vainio, Thomas Koner, Jan Jelinek, Kangding Ray, Objekt, Gudrun Gut and Alec Empire.
The Festival aims at introducing foreign music stars and promoting artists who are just about to start their big careers. Another strength of our project is the fact that every year its line-up features artists from outside the mainstream, with a special emphasis on the former USSR countries (above all from Russia and Ukraine). And so, Love Cult, Moa Pillar (first time in Poland!), Sport’n’music and Motoblok have given their concerts during this event.
We also regularly promote Polish artists, who stand out with their great potential, non-compromising attitude and originality. We have hosted Jacek Sienkiewicz, The Phantom, WIDT, Wojciech Kucharczyk, and We will fail.
The fourth edition follows the pattern from the previous years: it remains inspiring and fresh, while presenting the all-star musical line-up. This year, the line-up features: Andy Stott (UK), Demdike Stare (UK), HMOT (RU), Astma (PL) and FOQL (PL).
Andy Stott – British artist and producer associated with the Modern Love record label; one of the top representatives of the modern techno scene. He started his musical career in 2004. He has released 5 albums – all received enthusiastically both by critics and the audience.
At the Przemiany Festival, the artist will promote his latest album, Too Many Voices.
Demdike Stare – musical hauntology at its best! Surprising stories composed of audio material by DJ Sean Canty and producer Miles Whittaker. This formation surprises with witches, mystique and 3 longplays, including the latest – Wonderland – very well received by the critics.
HMOT – artist from Lesosibirsk in Siberia, who is also a producer, organiser and musician. He has played, among others, at CTM Berlin, CTM Siberia, and during the legendary Boiler Room. He runs his own record label called Klammklang.
FOQL – this is a stage name of Justyna Banaszczyk. She has performed at the most important electro and alternative music festivals: Unsound, Tauron Nowa Muzyka and Cocart. Her albums were released by New York Haunted, Oficyna Biedota and Pointless Geometry.
Astma – aka Tomasz Popakul, musician and creator of animation films. He also plays with other bands, including Osty and BETH. His records were released by Audile Snow and Pointless Geometry.
