Przemiany Live! is a concert presenting the most interesting phenomena in contemporary electronic music. The event brings together different aesthetics and trends, examining the possible ways of development of electronic music.
- Alec Empire
The legend of electronic music; the leader of Atari Teenage Riot, known primarily for digital hard-core music. He will present a project entitled “Low On Ice”, rarely shown in Poland, which is a musical impression created after Alec’s visit to Iceland. These dimensional ambient landscapes make an interesting change when compared to his previous work.
- Gudrun Gut
A veteran of the alternative music scene, active from the beginning of the 1980s, associated with numerous projects. She began her career in the famous krautrock band Einstürzende Neubauten; later, she participated in projects such as Malaria! and Matador. She has also been performing together with Blixa Bargeld and others. Recently, she has been cooperating with Hans-Joachim Irmler (known from Faust), as GUT und IRMLER.
- Love Cult
The rising star of the new electronic music from the distant north of Russia. This will be their first concert in Poland. The duo has delivered a number of prestigious performances, including in the Sonar Festival, Electro-Mechanica (along with Kode 9, William Basinski and Ben Frost), Flow Festival, and many others. They have their own music label called Full of Nothing.
This is Wojciech Kucharczyk: a visual artist, musician, publisher (mik! music) and a tireless animator. He is known for countless collaborations and projects such as Mołr Drammaz or The Complainer & The Complainers. He has performed at festivals all over Europe: from Transmediale, Sonar and Warsaw Summer Jazz Days to the Open’er Festival.
- The Phantom
A renowned DJ and producer. He has been publishing his works for many labels such as Silverback Recordings, Transatlantic, and Sangoplasmo. He also performs as a member of the duo called Ptaki, which enjoys great popularity.
- Sport and Music
A duo of artists from Kiev, winners of the International Art Meetings Festival 2014. Their music oscillates between experimental electronics with elements of the cut-up technique and media art. They describe it as urban dub.
After the concerts, we invite you to Barka for the afterparty.
