The designers of AnthropoceneExhibition

Self-healing concrete (Bioconcrete, Henk Jonkers), breathing metal (Tracheolis, Doris Sung) or clothing that can be used as a mobile house (Sleepingbagdress Prototype, Ana Rewakowicz) – these are just some examples of the projects inspired by the idea of Anthropocene.

The creators who take up the challenge of the new epoch overcome the barriers of specialisation, building the foundations of new thinking based on the concept of sustainable development. The exhibition features new technologies, materials and achievements in the field of biotechnology, and artistic projects. They all make up a story of a responsible attempt to design the future to which each of us can make some contribution.
