Copernicus Voucher:

• is not issued in a specific name,
• entitles the holder to a one-time entry to the Exhibitions or the Planetarium (subject to availability),
• is not assigned to a specific date or time of visit,
• must be used within 3 months.

You can purchase the voucher online by logging in at bilety.kopernik.org.pl and selecting the “BUY A VOUCHER” option.

The voucher will be provided in the form of a QR code. If you wish to give it as a gift, the recipient can easily redeem it by logging in on our website and exchanging it for a ticket or by presenting the code at the ticket office at Copernicus.

How to redeem a voucher?

Please remember that:

• one code can be exchanged for one ticket only;
• the voucher is not issued in a specific name and can be transferred to any person;
• the voucher can be redeemed online — enter the voucher code in the shopping cart after selecting your tickets;
• you can choose the date and time of your visit from those currently available for sale;
• please pay attention to the voucher’s expiry date;
• the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
