InPost For Cities
Planet Education Laboratory Partner
The InPost for Cities initiative, part of the InPost Group's long-term ESG Strategy, has already been joined by nearly 100 local governments. It has been established with the aim of fostering partnerships with local government bodies and supporting efforts focused on improving the quality of life of residents in Polish cities, towns and villages. It responds to the needs of the people, represented by their local governments. Within the scope of the programme, we carry out, support and promote valuable initiatives submitted by the Programme's partner municipalities and local governments.
To date, nearly 150 educational and community initiatives were implemented in cities. These projects include building pocket parks, planting micro-forests using the Miyawaki method, planting new greenery in urban spaces as well as taking care of the existing plants. What is more, the Programme also featured introducing greenery to the surroundings of the Paczkomat® machines, building playgrounds, creating flower meadows and rain gardens, developing cycling infrastructure as well as installing urban landscaping elements and air quality sensors.
Another important facet of the Programme comprises educational activities, including the ‘Road to Green City’ Educational Zones, forest labs, online classes, grants for municipal educational projects, education and information campaigns as well as student scholarships.

Rekopol
Exclusive Partner of the Edu Fablab
Rekopol Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań S.A. was established in 2002 by leading Polish and international companies in order to fulfil the industry's obligations to recover and recycle packaging placed on the market by these entities. It currently cooperates with over 3,000 entrepreneurs whose products are found in approximately every third package on the Polish market. Rekopol is the leader in this field in Poland. In fulfilling the obligations of entrepreneurs, it has created the largest selective packaging waste collection system in the country, covering 700 Polish municipalities.
Rekopol conducts educational campaigns on selective waste collection and conscious purchasing. An example is the nationwide campaign Dzień bez Śmiecenia (Day without Rubbish). Many of these activities are undertaken jointly with entrepreneurs who thus implement the principles of corporate social responsibility.
Appreciating Rekopol's activities for the environment and their compliance with the values and mission of the Copernicus Science Centre as a green cultural institution, we have established cooperation. Since 2025, Rekopol has been a partner of our Edu FabLab.
