The QR code on the ticket opens the gates at the entrance – print out your ticket or display it on your smartphone. We can print it for you at the cash desk – just give us the transaction number.

The QR code will open the gates from 30 minutes before to 60 minutes after the hour specified on the ticket. After this time, tickets are deactivated. In Planetarium, you will not be allowed in after the start of the show. It's best to show up 10 minutes early. We will not accept a ticket return or exchange if you are late.

Remember! One ticket allows you to enter the exhibition once. After leaving the exhibitions area, you cannot return. Take everything you will need while visiting inside (e.g. food, beverages, money, a notebook, a camera etc.)

With one ticket, you can experiment at both the permanent exhibitions, and temporary ones. You can tinker in the workshop area – Thinkatorium. In Buzzz!, everybody gets 50 minutes to go wild. We have a water exhibit, so your children might get wet. We know from experience, that they love to do it. So pack a change of clothes. In the Buzzz! area, there are bathrooms, as well as a special room, equipped with a chair for feeding and a big, practical changing table.

Entrance to Planetarium: a separate, river facing entrance leads to the Planetarium building.

Upon entering the projection room, present your ticket to our Explainer. We can print it for you at the cash desk – just give us the transaction number.

You will not be allowed in after the start of the show. It's best to show up 10 minutes early. We will not accept a ticket return or exchange if you are late. Being early also gives you a chance to see the Look: There's the Earth! exhibition in the Planetarium.

Headphones with translations can be borrowed before the screening at the Planetarium ticket offices.

The combined ticket for both Exhibitions and a Planetarium show will enable you to get to the Planetarium via a special passage. You may use the passage to go to the Planetarium, and then return to the Exhibitions the same way.

We welcome you to the building without pets. The only exceptions are guide dogs and assistance dogs.

Parking

Due to the process of building the Copernican Revolution Lab next to Copernicus, the parking is currently unavailable.

The time limit for buses staying at the Copernicus parking lot is 15 minutes. A longer stay would make it impossible for other groups to reach the building safely. Please, if you plan to park for longer than that, use municipal parking lots.

Where to eat, where to drink?

Before the Exhibitions area, there is Bistro Wiem. Here, you can have a warm meal and a dessert. The bistro serves lunch sets and sets for children. In order to make a group reservation, please contact the Bistro.

On the 1st floor, in the Exhibitions area, we have a cafe. You can rest a little and have a coffee, while admiring a scenic view over Vistula and the National Stadium. The cafe offers warm and cold beverages, sandwiches, cakes, and desserts. You can also sit at a table with your own food.

Cloakroom

In the cloakroom, you can leave your jacket, purse, backpack, or any other item that would make it more difficult to experiment in the Exhibitions area. There is a separate cloakroom in the Planetarium.

There are also lockers available (40 cm in height, 48 cm in width, and 45 cm in depth). To close the locker, you need a 2PLN coin (you will get it back once you open the locker again).
